It is that time of the year again! Christmas lights going up in Orchard Road and all over Singapore, End Year Sale billboards and posters up in every retail store islandwide, choir singing Christmas carols, Santa Claus mascots parading the streets, people regardless of race and religion doing last minute shopping for Christmas gifts for the Gift Exchange, restaurants fully booked for family dinners over Christmas, need I say more? Haha.
One of the highlights for me is being able to spend quality time with family and friends over dinner and exchanging gifts with them. I particularly love to catch the drama productions by my Church! Every year, the CHC Drama Ministry comes up with a fresh and innovative way to present the story of baby Jesus. Taking the drama production very seriously, the drama ministry gathers months prior to the actual performance to prepare the script and rehearse their lines. It has been a joy for me to watch the drama production every year. In fact, I catch the production at least twice every year!
On the right is the poster of CHC’s Christmas Production 2010. What better way to spend Christmas than celebrating the Birthday of Jesus in Church? Let me know if you wanna join me for the Christmas Production! 🙂
